Thinking of Remodelling a bit!

Remodelling Kitchen

I was thinking  of remodelling my kitchen a bit. I'd like to maybe paint the walls a pale yellow, add ceramic tiles for the backsplash, paint the ceiling and the trim white, change the light, get a new counter top and some new taps and finish it off with a decent rug. My kitchen is not too big so I need to watch how I'm going to do this so it still looks good. Here is my kitchen now, pass the door is a small porch leading to the back yard:

Right now the whole kitchen is white except for the cupboards, and the paint is somewhat of a flat paint so it's hard to wash and keep clean. I'd like to get away from the white and add a colour where finger prints don't seem as prominent. I'd just like to spruce the place up a bit and I'd like to start with the kitchen.

I love my new counter, sink and backsplash. Everything is new and refreshed and matches much better I think. The colour of the walls went perfect with the counter and backsplash as well, so I'm a happy camper...lol Now I'd like to start on my bedroom...lol
